Carlotta Rae Hamilton entered into life on October 13, 1943 in Shenandoah, Iowa to Raymond and Helen Williams. With much sorrow, she entered into rest September 23, 2017. She was a thriving member of Riverside County for over 40 years. Carlotta retired from San Bernardino County Housing Authority after more than 20 years of service. In her free time, Carlotta, loved spending time at any beach she could visit. She will be dearly missed, by all those whose life she touched.
