it saddens me to just have recently heard of your passing when you have been gone for a year. a wave of hurt had rushed over me to hear the news, but all i could think of the memories we had shared in our childhood years. from our dad's taking us to go bowling so they could get to know each other all because we wanted to have one sleepover, which then turned into numerous sleepovers, beach trips, matching outfits, tagging along with one another to our family parties, pranks, talent show, you making me my first email address (which was identical to yours, just with my name) and me stressing because i was scared my mom would yell at me LOL. so many more that all have been core memories for me as i grew up.

while adulthood had taken us our separate ways, there will always be a place for you in my mind and heart.

Chloe was one of my best friends. 🩷 We went to Chico State together. I’m so grateful I had her in my life. She was always the life of the party and put smiles on everyone’s faces. I have so many fond memories with her. She taught me so much about life and, of course, makeup. The first time I met her, she asked if she could do my make-up and hair. I, of course, said yes! She was also such a caring, kind person. Always trying to help others.  
Not a day goes by that I don’t think about her and miss her. xx

It’s been a year that you went home to be the lord we all miss you so much my sweet Chloe I know through the grace of God I will see you and the rest of my love one’s too  love you baby girl

Everyday I can’t believe it’s real. You taught me to stand up for myself, to demand the respect I deserve. You taught me how to let my hair down and relax and have fun. From the day you were born we knew you were special. As a toddler you were always so advanced in everything that you did.  Such a big vocabulary coming from such a little body💕. As a teenager you had such a love for fashion and makeup. Always doing your friends or cousins hair or makeup. Or even giving me advice 😊. As a young woman I couldn’t have been more proud of you and the things you accomplished.  And I was so blessed to be your Nina. You added so much beauty, joy, and love into our lives. I will hold on to all the wonderful memories we have. I will love you and miss you forever. Until we meet again

Chloe was always the sweetest person i went to school with, She always had this big smile and was so nice and caring towards me. I never felt like i had to have a “persona” around her, i could be as funny and quirky around her and she never treated me any different than her. Being friends with Chloe was always fun. I used to pick her up from her house and she would always take forever getting ready lol. We were also on the cheer team together and she always had a positive attitude and always carried a lip gloss with her. She’s so beautiful & super outgoing. I always loved her laugh and how sweet of a friend she was. I’m so sorry for the families loss. Chloe will forever be missed ♥️

Wow, this is so hard to write because watching you from birth to grow into such a Beautiful, smart, bubbly, very sweet, and loving girl. I just remember the bouncy girl with big brown curls, with the big beautiful smile. lil Chloe always being so helpful with the kids,  and playing with all the cousins at the family functions. Chloe was one of kind! She truly will be missed so much, we’ve lost a big chunk of family so I know your in the arms of god, with all of our love ones. The death of a child is that unimaginable loss no parent ever expects to face. I am so sorry your family is experiencing this great loss. I always remember the first time I saw Chloe, she must to have been like 3 years old. I remember how beautiful she was with her goldilocks, she lit up  the room. Then I saw her turning into a beautiful girl. She had the face of an angel, and an angel she is now.
As you grieve, know that you are remembering you and honoring the memory of your daughter.

I met Chloe my first day at a new middle school after moving. Immediately, I realized how bubbly, sweet, and welcoming she was. From that day on our friendship blossomed into being close friends. We had slumber parties, she did my makeup because she was so much better at it, we would shop together, laugh together, and sit up all night sometimes just talking. One summer Chloe and two of our good friends were home from college. We all decided to go to at my campus apartment. We spent the weekend stuffing our faces with chips, ice cream, and sushi. Then we would relax on the beach all day, just to come back and laugh all night. Lighting up every room she walked into was something Chloe did naturally. She was truly a beautiful free spirit inside and out. She was my most fiercest yet loving friend. I will cherish all our memories together sweet glitter fairy Chloe 💜🧚

Chloe, I am so grateful to have been your friend and neighbor for as long as I can remember. You were like a sister to me growing up. We shared many memories since we were always just across the street from each other. I remember when I was younger always begging my parents to let me go over to your house, to go out places with you and your mom and for the countless sleepovers. Your family was always so sweet and welcoming. You and your mom had the cutest mother and daughter bond and I remember you would go on father and daughter dates, which I thought was so cute, even invited me to one of them and your dad took us to the movies and ice cream. I would join family dinners, movie nights, you would always invite me places and when you would get in trouble and couldn’t hangout I would sneak to your window and we would talk through your window vent. Doing nails was our thing, I remember we set up a nail salon outside your house with my sister, Casey, had a whole set up hooked up and called over the neighbors to paint nails. We would have picnics, go swimming, do makeup, make collages, go shopping, laugh and have fun. My first time vintage/thrifty shopping was with you and your mom. You taught me fashion. You sold distress jeans and I remember you teaching me which you had that special touch for everything fashion and beauty. You were so creative, unique, talented, and the ultimate girly girl. I will always remember you as a great friend and a beautiful person inside and out. So fun spirited. My childhood friend/sister/neighbor to growing up as young adults you will forever have a place in my heart. I love you, rest in paradise Chloe and till we meet again♥️🕊️🙏🏽

My condolences to your family. We used to play waterpolo together and before we played I remember knowing who she was. She was one of the most prettiest girls ever and when I got to know her it just made me adore her even more. She always made the people around her feel loved. No matter who you were. Not a mean bone in her body. Always smiling. She always used to tell me that I was one of the most prettiest ladies she knows. I’ll never forget that and how uplifting she would make me feel. Especially coming from her it meant a lot to me.

We used to have early morning practice and would lift weights and I remember I tried to lift the bar with my weak ass.  I had the bar stuck to my chest for a cool minute before Chloe noticed  because she was taking a selfie 😂 We laughed so much that morning.

Chloe, there are not many people who can light up a room just with their presence. I had the pleasure of meeting you through your mom. Let me tell you I’ve never met a mother and daughter duo who actually had a best friend relationship. It’s was beautiful to see you both interact. Chloe, I am grateful God put you and your mom in my path. Your mom and I would have endless talks about you. Through those talks it helped me also be a better mother.  I pray that you Rest In Peace knowing how much you were loved by her.  And when needed I will remind your mom what a wonderful mother and friend she was to you.

Manuel always referred to you as her Kilo and we would always talk about how much he cared and loved you. All my memories with and of you are pure joy and happiness . Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be in your life  for being a sister to me for being a best friend . The life of the party brightened up the room as soon as you walked in. All of our summers together teaching me to not be scared or trying new things. Such a beautiful soul inside and out ! Funniest person I have ever met hands down , I remember you teaching me how to buggy board at the beach and telling me not to be scared and the moment I went out there I was taken under a huge wave and the board went with me and stomach was all scraped up lol and I was ready to give up and you told me you’ll be fine just a little sand and laughed at me and out we went back into the water and every summer there was always a competition on who could be the tannest one lol . From our talks about boys ,softball games to cheering against each other during high school and swimming against each other and outside of sport I cherish all our moments we have together and I will always keep you more than close in my heart I love you so much my sweet angel your are so much more than friend you were my sister my best friend !!!  🕊️💗

Chloe you were truly one of a kind. I Will always cherish meeting you 6th grade in history class and always getting in trouble for laughing too much during Mrs. Ordonez lesson. Your creativity was so Inspiring and seeing you design your own high waisted shorts and people loving them warmed my heart. You and your family are the most genuine and selfless individuals I've ever met. Growing up with you was so special to me  and your kindness and unconditional love   throughout the years will always stick with me. I first met Chloe when I was 16 my mom had asked if she could do my hair and makeup for my party. When she came over she was very sweet and we talked the entire time about random little things mainly about school life,  friends and family. Since then I noticed she one big thing about her and that was how free she was and how much she smiled. My heart goes out to everyone I'm so sorry. May she rest in peace.♡

This was my first time going to a country concert and only Chloe could make me feel confident enough to go (she knew I was a newbie but she told me it would be fun anyway.) She helped me get ready and I didn’t know all the lyrics but, we had a great time because we were together. We shared a fried snicker this day too. I’ll always think of Chlo whenever I listen to Hunter Hayes. 💗
