July 10, 1966 to March 26, 2013
In loving memory of a beloved husband, dedicated father, loyal friend and loving son.
Dave went home to be with the Lord after a brief, yet courageous battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, otherwise known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, on Tuesday, March 26, 2013.
He devoted his life to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in February 2012, just before symptom onset. He truly became a new creation in Christ. Dave is survived by his wife Kelly Larson-Parsons, daughters Coleen and Tiffany Cwik, sons Ryan Savage and David Parsons Jr., father Ed Parsons and brother Michael Parsons. Dave was preceded in death by his mother Janice Caldwell, brother Steve Parsons and step father Glen Walters. Dave was a blessing to all who met him. Most important to D-Day was to spend time with his family and friends. He started a hobby of off-road motorcycles, which led to his “on road” hobby riding Harley Davidsons. He was a business owner for over 30 years with what some have called the “Midas Touch”. With his charismatic personality and extreme business savvy, there didn’t seem much he couldn’t do once he put his mind to it. He is loved and will be dearly missed by all.
