Diane Joyce Thompson

Diane was born in Flushing, NY to Dallas and Helen Rhodes. Sister to Billy, Tommy, Larry and Carol.

Diane married the love of her life, Robert M Thompson in 1967 for 33 years until he passed in 2000. Diane is survived by her children, Christopher Thompson, Kimberley Thompson-Heinl, Toni Chavez; son in laws Adam Chavez, Casey Heinl, grandson, Trace Thompson and sister Carol London.

Diane was dedicated to her family and devoted her life to her Catholic faith and the Divine Mercy of our Lord. She made rosaries daily and distributed them to thousands of souls.

Diane was immensely proud of all of her children but especially of her grandson Trace who brought her much joy. She leaves behind beautiful memories and returns home to Heaven to be with her husband Robert. She will be missed but never forgotten.

Diane will be laid to rest with her husband Robert at Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518. Due to COVID 19, service is restricted to immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, please offer a mass at your local parish in honor of Diane J. Thompson or make a donation to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
