

Frank was born on October 10th, 1957 to Ed and Christina Domme in Chicago, Illinois. Frank and his family lived in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Florida and Texas before settling in California. While attending Charter Oak High School (graduating mid semester in 1975), he went on to marry the love of his life Therese Domme in 1979. They have two children Michael Domme and Heather Domme, and two grandchildren Max Domme and Madison Domme. He is survived by all five along with his mother-in-law, Jackie Phillipson, Daughter-in-law, Maria Domme, Michael Castillo (daughter’s boyfriend). five Sisters Diane Jarrell, Christine Lear, Regina Carver, Bernadette Battles, and Gloria Mason. Brothers-in-law: Bob Jarrell, John Lear, Keith Carver, Chip Battles, Larry Mason and Craig Buckner. Sisters-in-law: Ruth Phillipson and Joan Phillipson, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Frank held many work roles in the fast-paced production environment in the last four decades. Staring in 1975 printing on tin cans like his father. In 1977 he landed a job at MeadWestvaco where he would work for the next 30 years. He finished his career early at Jacuzzi when a series of health problems forced his medical retirement in 2013.
Frank enjoyed spending time with his family, whether it be camping in the desert, target shooting, or just watching the Chicago Bears. His more active side allowed him to participate in off-road racing in many forms; from laying out pits, fueling, jackman to just stopping the car. His favorite races were always in Baja.
Frank will be missed by everyone who has met him. He was a great husband, father, brother, uncle and friend but the one role he treasured the most was Grandpa. He loved Max and Maddie; they all enjoyed their Wacky Wednesday adventures.
Frank was predeceased by his parents Ed and Christina Domme and his siblings Mary and Edward Domme, as well as his father-in-law, John Phillipson and sister-in-law, Cathy Buckner.
