Known for her constant smile, strong work ethic, and selfless nature, Gail was the rock of her family, including her three beautiful children - Alex, Keith, and Jenny - and the love of her life, Dan Barclay.
Gail was born on October 24, 1951 in Brawley, CA, the daughter of Faye Thompson, predeceased, and Leland Thompson. She is survived by her siblings, Leland James parts unknown; Kathy Thompson of Ormond Beach, FL; Bruce Thompson of Long Beach, CA; and Dede Hilovsky of Riverside, CA. She also leaves behind numerous other loving relatives and friends.
A longstanding member of the local community, Gail graduated from the University of Redlands, earned an MBA from Cal State San Bernardino, and retired from Riverside County after 25 years. She was a board member of the Rubidoux Community Services District.
A memorial service will be held at Acheson and Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary at 7944 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, CA 92504 on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 10:00 am.
