James(Jim) Gordon Leslie was born December 30th, 1936 and died quietly at his home in Riverside March 1st, 2020. He was 83. A California resident since 1958,
Jim served in the Navy, was involved with the Norco Mounted Police, the Riverside County animal shelter, and the California Cutting Horse Association. Horse trainer was his favorite profession; he was a true cowboy.
Jim is survived by his wonderful wife of 61 years, Helen, his daughters Pam (Marc Hill), Paula (Bobby Gabell) his grandchildren Tiffanie (Matt Brashears), Travis (Christine), and his great grandchildren Bryson, Everett, Autumn and Lillian.
