Julia was born on February 20,1948 to Jesus M Benites and Julia Valencia. She graduated from Chino High School in 1966. She performed professionally as a folklorico dancer before marrying Conrad A Ramos in 1967. They had two children. She was a dedicated employee with the California Department of Corrections and retired after 30 years of service.
As a matriarch, family was everything. Julia lives on through the love, strength, and encouragement she instilled in her family.

A funeral service will occur Friday, July 12, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505. A committal service will occur Friday, July 12, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park and Mortuary, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
