Rick, you were the Best Cop Ever!!. I cherish all the good times we had with my kids. You were a Great Friend..you will be Dearly missed! Loved you to the moon and back!! MAY God Embrass You And Give Peace And Rest My Friend.

The epitome of a mentor and a true friend.  Your kind was rare and special. As I wind down my career you were so instrumental in molding, I will continue to teach others what you taught me: Professionalism and doing for others without expecting anything in return.  Those you trained, and there are many us, will pick up the torch from here my friend. We will continue the fight and we will carry on the traditions that will make you proud as you look down on us.  You're gonna have to tone it down a bit where you are now (LOL), but I have no doubt you are HIS right hand man there already. Help to keep us safe until we meet again.

To the Best Brother a girl could ever have , i cant imagine what my life will be without you to call or to visit . My heart still Breaking and tears are still falling , But you are with Jesus and with this brings me peace . Knowing that God took you and spared you and us the physical suffering brings me comfort , I am gonna miss your advice and your hugs and i love you's . Thanks for loving me and being proud of who i have become .

Rick, I was a brand new Deputy when we met.  You taught me a few thins about being a cop, but more importantly, what it meant to be part of the community way before they called community oriented policing.  You will be remembered fondly.  I know God has called home another angel.

Kipper was a special man.  We had a lot of fun together, which left me with some great memories.  I'll surely miss him.  
Karen and I use to truly enjoy his company and his laugh.  He found a true love and best friend with June.  He would always tell us how happy he was.  
I guess God needed another angel and decided Rick was the one.  Thank you Rick for being my friend.

The world lost a great cop and a decent human being. Thanks for the friendship and the camaraderie, Rick. I will always cherish the time we worked together as Sergeants!You will always live in my heart!!

Rick, you were my beat partner, Best friend, Best man, and mentor. I'm grateful to have shared many adventures over the past 30 plus years. You will be missed, but not forgotten. Rest In Peace my friend and to one Packer fan to another "Go Pack GO."

Roughest, toughest TEDDY BEAR I ever met, and honored to have known. Thank you for all your taunting and teasing and for the endearing nick name for my "Tata". To this day, he's called that by most, including the grandchildren. Thank you for babysitting when I needed you. Yes he babysat!! Thank you for scaring the hell out of Adam every time he came over to hang out with Jeff. Actually, he found the Teddy Bear inside you too! I will miss the fun notes and the Christmas cards hand written in that square report writing that only you could, would do! I know you are in a wonderful place now. Raise Kane, Kipper as only you can! My deepest sympathy to June, Jeff and all family and friends who's lives were touched by you. You will sorely be missed.
