

Lilly Navar Ramirez, born on July 23, 1974, in Sonora, Mexico, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025, at the age of 51. A cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Lilly was a proud resident of Temescal Valley, California, where her warmth and joyful spirit touched everyone around her.
Lilly is survived by her loving husband, Victor Ramirez; her children, Christian Garcia and Jacqueline Garcia; and her treasured grandchildren, who brought endless light to her life. She is also survived by her parents, siblings, extended family, and countless friends who loved her dearly.
A third-generation Seventh-day Adventist, Lilly lived her faith with quiet strength and a heart full of compassion. Her favorite Bible verse, “Todo lo puedo en Cristo que me fortalece,” guided her through every chapter of her life and gave her courage even in the most difficult moments.
Lilly was a woman of creativity, talent, and boundless generosity. She poured her heart into planning beautiful gatherings through her small business, Luxury Picnics and More by Lilly. She loved baking for her grandchildren and family, crafting recipes that will forever be part of her legacy. Adventurous at heart, she enjoyed hiking, biking, camping, and sharing the outdoors with those she loved. In the kitchen, she blessed her family with the comforting flavors of her specialties—meals prepared with love, joy, and tradition.
To know Lilly was to feel cared for. She had a gift for bringing people together, celebrating life’s moments, and making others feel at home. Her laughter, kindness, and unwavering faith will continue to inspire everyone who knew her.
