Manuel A. Costa, 88, of Norco, passed away at his home on February 16, 2018. Manuel, who also went by the nickname of "Manny", was born in Tulare, CA on August 4, 1929 to parents Mary (Martins) Costa and Manuel Costa. Manny founded Steer ‘N Stein Restaurants of California in 1967. He was also very involved in the Portuguese community and an avid supporter of the D.E.S. Portuguese Hall in Chino and Artesia, CA.
Mr. Costa is survived by his daughter, Gabrielle; brothers, Danny, David and Steve Costa; sisters, Mary Novato and Julie Gonsalves; brother-in-law Joe Gonsalves; sister-in-law Ede Costa.
