Mayra , as I watched your service today I was so happy to see how respected & cared for you were at a job that you took pride in & enjoyed. From the moment I met you , you were just as your family described you .Shy,Quiet,Funny & Always Smiling. I wish you nothing but peace in paradise with your brother David. I thank you for trusting me to be Alyssa’s Nina. That’s been a blessing that I’ve cherished since day 1 & hope I made you proud in knowing that I hold your babies close to my heart & will continue to do so. Please give my Nino a hug for me. Hoping my Nino with play some oldies for you & Both of you can enjoy the view as u watch over & guide these beautiful kids as they grow.

It was a shock to hear of Mayra’s illness and passing. She was a fun, kind and sweet person. My memories of her when we were kids of having dance battles and dance offs(which she always won) and David would also join, coloring book competitions, watching Grease and Dirty Dancing on repeat, laying out in the yard at night star gazing and playing games until the wee hours like hide and go seek or war; will always bring a smile to my face. Those were fun times and I was blessed to be able to spend those years growing up with Mayra and David. Even though we grew apart as adults, they have always remained close to my heart. I love you Mayra. Rest In Peace with David whom was equally as kind as you. My most deepest condolences to her beautiful children and all of her family and friends. 

I WORKED WITH MAYRA FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND SHE WAS AN AMAZING PERSON AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HER FACE. SHE WAS ALWAYS VERY KIND TO ANYONE SHE EVER CAME INTO CONTACT WITH. SHE WILL BE TRUELY MISSED.

I was so sad to hear about Mayra’s passing. She was an excellent coworker and poured her heart and soul in to the families we served together. My thoughts are with her family. 

I had the privilege of working with Mayra for several years, she was such a kind soul . She  always had a smile on her face, was a hard worker and cared for the families she served . She was apart of our Crestlawn family and is truly missed .

She was a sweet, humble and hardworking young woman whom I enjoyed working with. I watched her grow and become an intricate part in helping families thru some of their most difficult times. I remember cousin Mayra always the first one to show up at my daughters birthday or family parties, always insisting in helping us decorate. 
Years passed , I was so glad we were able to reconnect again, met up at Villages Park. You would volunteer helping out at Senior Potlucks by serving, as soon as you would see myself and my mom you would give us a warm hug. We would continue to see each other at functions/ activities  held there. We were also present to see Jorge propose to you. It was nice having talks about life in general,  you were always so happy when talking about seeing your kids.
Going to miss you dearly cousin Mayra seeing your beautiful smile always so humble, caring, giving, loving person that you were. Thank you, for also being the caretaker for cousin Feliciana. Rest in peace. ❤

I have no words to express how sad I have been since I heard of Mayra’s passing. The one comfort I have is that God has her with him.
Mayra was always kind & loving to my family. She was kind of shy and quiet at first but the more we came around the more comfortable she became with us. We shared some good times together ( our families) . I’m so thankful you were a part of our family and that you had Alyssa & Andy to add to our family tree.
