Parnell Gene Graves Sr.was born in Clovis, New Mexico on June 27, 1952 and passed on January 8, 2015 in his home in Lucerne Valley, California. Parnell enlisted in the Coast Guard in 1973 and served our country for four years where he received the National Defense Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal. He was a Diesel Mechanic for 26 years and is described to be a real MacGyver. Parnell is survived by his loving wife Robin Graves and will be missed by many.
