Ricky L. Mills

Rick L. Mills, 59, of Norco, California, died July 3rd, 2017. He was born August 9th, 1957 to the late Betty and Daniel Merrell Mills in Norwalk, California. Rick graduated from Excelsior High School in 1975 and served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to the South Dakota Rapid City Mission in 1976. He was married in 1980, for time and all eternity, to the love of his life Patricia J. Farnworth.

Rick was well-known for his grizzly bear hugs. He loved the great outdoors often fishing, camping, or going for long drives in the mountains with his family and friends. Other interests included photography, gold panning, hunting, and collecting oddities.

Over the years, Rick has held varying positions at different professions, but the job that he excelled at was being a father to his son and three daughters.

Rick is preceded in death by his parents, brother John, and sister Jody. He is survived by his wife Patricia, his son Seth Mills (Loran) and daughters Cheri Mills, Megan Cuello (Jose Luis, Henry, Luis, Giselle), and Randi Kaufman (Donny), his brother Rocky, and sister Theresa Smith (Mark), his granddogs Pickles, Poncho, and Lily, his grandcats Monkey, Macey, Mau, and Lola, his grandbunnies Kevin, Bruce, and Teddy as well as extended family including his sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
