Roselyn Patrice Johnson

In 1984, her family moved to Riverside, CA. where she completed her education and graduated from La Sierra High School in 1986.

After graduation Roselyn worked in the retail field, she later came to work for the California Department of Motor Vehicles, where she was currently on medical leave from at the time of her passing.

In 1994, she had her son Kenneth who was the sunshine of her life. She was able to see him grow to the age of 18.

In 2000, she met and developed a partnership with Trayce. They were in that relationship for the final 12 years of her life. Tracye provided comfort and care to Roselyn through the last days of her life.

On November 2, 2011 Roselyn accepted Jesus as her lord and Savior. In Jan 2012, she started attending the Women's Bible Study with her friend Christie at Magnolia Avenue Baptist Church.

Roselyn is survived by her Son Kenneth, her partner Tracye, three stepchildren Derek, Daryl, Deja, and three grandchildren.

Roselyn is also survived by her mother Emily, stepfather Robert, and father Ray Charles Johnson.

In addition to these, Roselyn is also survived by her brothers Bob (Lily) LeKeith, Deron, Darnell (Karen), and Billy Hines, two sisters Robin (Pookie) and Vonda.

Roselyn is also survived by a great number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of which are too numerous to mention.

On Friday, March 2, 2012 Roselyn went to her Heavenly home and is now at peace.
