Salvatore Vincent Russo, Born March 23, 1923 in Brooklyn, New York went home to be with the Lord on August 2, 2015. Salvatore a WWII veteran retired from the USAF in 1964 and moved to La Mirada California. In 2007 he moved to Jurupa Valley. He really enjoyed going to Laughlin Nevada. Mr. Russo was a member of the ELKs Lodge, Bellflower Ca. American Legion #496 Long Beach Ca. and The Sons Of Italy. He was preceded in death by his son Vincent and is survived by daughter Wendy Miller of Jurupa Valley, and sons Joseph and Michael of La Mirada Ca. Mr. Russo also leaves behind 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren to cherish his memory. Interment is scheduled at Riverside National Cemetery on Thursday August 13th at 10am.
