Shawn Cherrie Ortiz, age 43, passed away at home in Crestline, California on Friday, July 27, 2012. She was born in Anaheim, California, but has been a resident of Crestline, California for the past 16 years. She has been a homemaker taking care of her family for 16 years as well. Shawn is survived by he loving husband; David R. Ortiz, her children; David, Robert, Steven, Thomas, Joshua, Gregory, James, Madeline, Gloria, and Emily Ortiz, her granddaughter; Maya Ortiz, brother; Jim Bennett, sisters; Tasha (Rob) MacQueen, and Deira Cochrane, stepfather; Jim Bennett, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends. She will be missed by all.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
