I consider it an honor to have spent part of my birthday with Tim in Palm Springs and I treasure that time.  We had such a happy night catching up, laughing, and I think back to our conversations where he talked about family and friends.  I want you to know he felt so blessed for all the love he had in his life.

My deepest sympathy to Tim and James' families.  Prayers for comfort and peace during this time of great loss(es).  

We were looking forward to Tim coming to the conference tournament championship game on 2/25. We know he and Jimmy will be cheering from above. 

We will forever be grateful for our One World Explorers memories with Tim and Jim. I believe it was in Venice where Tim coined the phrase “similar, but not the same” that we have often quoted. So many beautiful and funny memories that we will cherish forever. One particular highlight memory was an excursion we took on a Mediterranean cruise to the hilltop village of Orvieto, Italy. A rare time that just the four of us enjoyed time together that yielded some of our favorite pictures that are shared here. We will miss you for both the big and small everyday adventures that we shared.

Dear Seager Family and Friends,

I have had the pleasure of knowing Tim for about 20 years as part of the ALDI family. I remember meeting Tim when I first started with the business as a District Manager in Training. Tim was a magician on the sales floor of an ALDI store. He had the ability to get everything done accurately and efficiently and made it look easy.  The pace in which he moved around the store was remarkable. 

He touched and positively impacted countless employees over his 25 Year tenure at ALDI. He hired, trained and developed District Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Lead Store Associates and Associates. Many employees are flourishing due to the impact Tim had on their career. I was fortunate to not only work with Tim when I first started my career but again over the last 3 years when I returned to the division as an Operations Director. 

I always knew to call Tim when I had questions about product management because he always knew the answer. He would spend the time to research the problem which helped all the stores in the division. Although Tim was the store manager of his store, he positively impacted all the stores in the division.

Tim had all the great qualities of a strong leader. ALDI is a better place because of Tim. We are fortunate for the impact that he made on the business and most importantly the people that he worked with.

Rest easy, my friend!
