

VINCENZA "ENZA" RAMIREZ 84, Went with the angels on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 in Buffalo, Minnesota surrounded by her adoring children. She was born in Naples, Italy, and as a young girl watched as war tore her world apart. She met and married Phillip Ramirez, a US soldier at the time, started a family and immigrated to America. They lived in the Midwest for a few years before migrating to California. After 20 years in the Los Angeles area they moved to Riverside, where they remained until Phillips death in 2007. Enza retired from Amco foam production in the 1980\'s and during her retirement enjoyed frequent trips to Las Vegas with her husband. Since 2007 she lived with her daughter Rosie and son-in-law Paul in Anaheim. For the past nine months, she resided with her youngest daughter Elaine and her family in St. Michael, Minnesota. Enza was a devoted and beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and loved spending time with her family. She thoroughly enjoyed cooking, a talent her family greatly appreciated and often raved about. She also devoted her life to worshiping the Madonna and passed her cherished faith onto her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Philip Ramirez, their sons Philip Jr. and Nunzio "Mark" Ramirez and their daughter Rita Ramirez. She is survived by two sisters Tina Bellanova of Murrieta Hot Springs and Connie Herrera of Corona, daughter Rosie Sabo and husband Paul of Anaheim, son Joseph Ramirez and wife Laureen of New Jersey, daughter Elaine Bice and husband Tim of Minnesota. She is also survived by her adoring grandchildren Kimberly Sabo, Suzie Perry, Nancy Chomiczewski, Bill Sabo, Rebecca Vincenza and Maria Ramirez, Felicia Ramirez, Cameron Mattson, Maria Calhoun, Melissa Reynolds, Nathanael, Wyatt and Sidney Bice. She is survived by her great-grandchildren: Taylor, Cole and Beau Perry and Alissa and Emily Chomiczewski. As well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation hours are from 5-8PM on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Acheson & Graham Mortuary in Riverside with a rosary being said at 6:30PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at 10AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Olive Lawn Memorial Park in La Mirada.
