Andrew Cvercko, 79, passed away on 3/23/2026, following a sudden illness. He has left this world at his house in Melbourne, FL with his wife, Olga, at his bedside, hugging him. He was a loving husband for 24 years, talented musician, fierce golfer, and eager for knowledge.
He was known for his thirst for life, his gift for listening to people, and they gravitated to him. Andrew was a great problem solver. He is survived by his loving wife, Olga, his son, Stephen, and numerous siblings and relatives. Andrew studied choral direction, harmony, and contrapuntal harmony technique at Dana Institute of Music; which helped him in his life to pursue his life-long love for music and directing choirs in different churches.
Andrew was a member of the Eastern Orthodox Men's Society, and Federated Russian Orthodox Clubs of America. He was the founder and CEO of "Fathers for Equal Rights Inc." In 1986, he was presented with "Father of the Year" by Fathers for Equal Rights.
Though he has accomplished much during his time here, he has left us too early. We will always love and remember you!
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to his wife, Olga.
