She was born in Rockledge on December 29, 1962 and has been a lifelong Brevard County resident.
She was the daughter of the late Walter and Linda Spears Boggs.
Arlene was a member of IAFF Local 2969 was the 1st female firefighter for the city of Rockledge and had a 27 1/2 year career as a Lt. Fire Medic with Brevard County Fire and Rescue.
She was an active member of the ASPCA and was a supporter of the North County Animal Care Center in Titusville.
She was a loving wife to her husband Daniel and mother to her cherished pets (Da Kidds) Twister Ann and Nitro Lee.
Arlene will be truly missed by all whoever had any kind of contact with her; she was that type of person.
She was kind, sincere and very talented, she always put others needs before herself.
There will be a visitation from 12-1pm on Thursday, May 9 at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial where a funeral service will begin at 1pm. Interment will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens.
