Ben will be greatly missed by his wife of 48 years, Gladys; his son Ben Jr.; daughter Donna (John); son Carlos; grandchildren Ryan, Derek, Andrew, Tess, and Matthew; and Sister Loretta (Leon) and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Robbye.
Ben served in the Navy and worked for Lucent Technologies before retiring at the age of 55.
He was a loving, gentle and wonderful man who loved his family and friends so much. Everyone who knew him was fortunate and blessed to have him in their lives and he will be greatly missed!
Visitation will be held from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL. with a service following from 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm.
