Bessie came to Brevard County in 1972 from Hialeah, Florida. She worked as a seamstress and in the clothing and accessory industry.
Bessie is survived by her son, Rob Woodhouse, daughter, Sharon Sarles, grandchildren; Scott Sarles (Felicia), Duke Sarles, Robbie Woodhouse, David Woodhouse, Tammy Brown (Les), Lynn Beasley (Andrew), great grandchildren; Nathan and Landon Brown.
She was predeceased in death by her loving husband, Robert Woodhouse who passed January 1, 1995.
She was a faithful member of Merritt Island Baptist Church.
Bessie loved to do crafts and make hard candy, which the whole family enjoyed.
The family gives their sincere appreciation to Wuesthoff Hospice.
A visitation for Bessie will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
