She came to Brevard County in 1970 from New York and worked for Brevard County Schools as a cafeteria manager and was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Church.
Carmen is preceded in death by her loving husband, Eugene Carroll. She was a devoted mother to children David Carroll (Carol), Richard Carroll (Carol), William Carroll (Lisa) annd Teresa Carroll-Pecorelli (Michael). She was a loving grandmother to 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
She enjoyed spending time with friends and her BIG loving family. She also enjoyed volunteering at the 55+ Club and attending church. She will be joined in Heaven with her loving husband on his 95th birthday.
A Visitation for Carmen will be held Friday, July 8, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM.
