Charlotte was born on July 22, 1942 in Indianapolis to Clarice and Preston Heitzman and later joined by her stepfather Karl Jones. She is survived by her brothers Maurice, Preston and Dale; and preceded in death by her sister Kay.
Her career was highlighted as the Office Manager at State Stationers in Indianapolis for seven years and concluded at Enterprise Car Rental in Melbourne. In her free time, she had many passions including genealogy, volunteering, participating actively in the production of numerous shows over 15 years at the Melbourne Civic Center and creating extensive stained glass art with her husband. She also loved painting, arts and crafts, gardening and reading.
A visitation will be held at the Life Event Center At Florida Memorial on Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 10-11AM followed by a service at 11AM. Entombment will be in Florida Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to the Caring Voice Coalition or the Pulmonary Hypertension Association.
