Cynthia Garcia Sturgeon, of Palm Bay Florida, passed away peacefully in Melbourne on September 6, 2024. Cyndi will be lovingly remembered by her longtime partner, Ricardo Kalawan. Dear mother to Emily Sturgeon and beloved Gigi to Gabriella. Predecessors by her loving father Jose Morales. Survived by her mother Francisca Morales, sisters, Maria Tew (Clayton), and Karen Sandor (Brendan), and seven nieces and nephews. Cyndi was born in Bakersfield, California, and traveled the world as a military brat. Palm Bay was her home for over 20 years.
She loved her pups, loved to play bingo, to cook, and have to her nails done at the salon. Friends and family will be received at Florida Memorial Gardens Life Center (5950 US-1 Rockledge, Florida) on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 9:30 am to 10 am. A celebration of life service will take place at 10 am with interment to follow.
