David is survived by his wife, Anne McCrosky; sister, Martha Skinner; son, Bruce McCrosky; two daughters, Sue Lucas and Amanda Jacobs; two step-sons, Richard and Donald Staley; and seven grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 10 AM, with a funeral service following at 11 AM at Faith Viera Lutheran Church, 5550 Faith Dr., Rockledge, FL, 32955. With a graveside service on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 10 AM at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Lake Mary, FL. Florida.
