

Born in Utica, NY she came to Brevard County in February 1967 and worked as a homemaker.
Dolores is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Knapp. She is survived by her siblings, Ralph Fava, Mary Jane Nicoletta, Ronald Fava; her children, Gayle Rinder and her fiancé Jim Roberts, Pam Lamb and spouse George Lamb, Kimberly Wilson and spouse Larry Wilson, Lori Essery, Dolores Boedeker and spouse Gordon Boedeker, Elyse McGough and spouse Richard McGough, Fred Knapp Jr., and spouse Velva Knapp, Mary Jane Whitten and spouse Derek Whitten; her grandchildren: Christopher Boedeker, Jeffery Boedeker, Larry Wilson, Rachael (McGough) Hall, Kaitlyn Lamb, Jessika (Boedeker) Arignon, Joseph Wilson, Kyle Knapp, Justin Essery, Kimberly (McGough) Harris, Bailey Knapp, Gunnar Whitten; her great-granchildren: Julianna Boedeker, Calvin Boedeker, Lewis Boedeker, Bennett Boedeker, Theodore Boedeker, Skylar Wilson, Carter Wilson, Aiden Hall, Harrow Essery.
Dolores was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her world revolved around her family, and she was at her happiest when surrounded by her children at a family gathering or holiday. She also took great joy in watching her grandchildren grow over the years and start their own families.
There will be a private family viewing on Saturday, February, 17, 2018 at 1:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial , 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL. Interment will immediately following the service.
