She lived for many years in Orlando, FL and is a retired teacher’s aide from Lake Silver Elementary school. She was born in Worcester, MA on January 20, 1927. She moved to Orange County Florida in 1973. She loved children and being a teacher. She continued to volunteer at Lake Silver after her retirement. She was a wonderful caregiver to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Edith was known for her strength and sweetness. She will be missed by many.
She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Davis of Rockledge, FL and Sharon Allison of Maitland, FL. Her grandchildren, Shelley Locklear of Rockledge, FL and Ron DeVries and his wife Genia DeVries of Rockledge, FL. Her great-grandchildren, Lucas Locklear, Thomas Locklear, Nicholas DeVries and Christian DeVries of Rockledge, FL.
A private family service will be held for Ms. Gaulin.
