Eileen was the first female manager in Brevard County for Bellsouth Telephone Company. She was of the Christian faith.
Eileen loved square dancing, water skiing, and playing the piano. She was a member of the Bellsouth Pioneers.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clifford D. Irwin, second husband, Bill W. Cothran, and niece, Linda C. Kelly.
She is survived by her sister, Edith K. Harder and nephew, James "Jim" Kelly; grand nephew, Christopher Kelly; and 2 great-grand-nieces: Lindsey and Kayla Rae Kelly.
Burial will take place at Dade Memorial Park in Miami, FL Thursday, October 23, 2014.
