Jackie had a long career as a hairdresser and was a manager at a beauty school for many years. She also worked as an in-home health care worker, which she loved very much.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for more than 5 decades and is a past Worthy Matron.
She loved to cook and was always up for trying something new in the kitchen. She also won awards for her cooking. She loved to crochet and embroider, and won blue ribbons for her embroidery at state fairs. She was also a bowler with the trophies to prove it. She spent a lot of time in her later years painting and coloring.
Jackie is survived by her son John Darrell Pearce and her daughter Malinda Diane Hiller. Grandchildren Amanda Marie Pearce, Ashley Nicole Pearce, James Darrell Pearce, and Marissa Jacqulanne Hiller.
A visitation for Jackie will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM at The Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, in Rockledge, Florida, followed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida.
