Missing you so much today. I know you can see your sweet grandbabies and are so proud of the momma your daughter is and are watching out over them from above.  I miss seeing your smiling face and sarcastic sense of humor little brother!  But you left us with lots of Joey stories to tell so we can share it with others :) 

I can remember family trips down when we were kids.  Joey would try and show me how to ride his scateboard in his half pike!  Even though i didn’t have a clue, he would laugh but still keep showing me how not to do it!  We would walk down and go fishing down the street from his house!  The joking around... or all the family reunions back at Uncle Nelson’s and Aunt Nigs House when we would all play baseball, horseshoes, kickball or whatever else we could get into!  One thing always stayed the same, his smile!!!!

There are so many wonderful moments of Joey to share that there would never be enough space here! But  I am going to miss his smile and laugh so much. His teasing and jokes and his imitations of the “Little Sweet”   Dr. Pepper commercials (which you were way too good at!!)  and all 3 Ed’s from the Ed, Edd and Eddy cartoon  tv show that he used to watch with Alyssa. 
He hid the fact that he was an incredible dancer from us all, only to surprise us at his company Christmas party- who knew he was secretly hiding an inner Patrick Swayze from Dirty Dancing!!   
Joey was such a strong and wonderful person, with a larger than life personality and could bring so much fun to a room.  My greatest joy was getting to watch him as a grandfather to his sweet grandsons, and his gentleness with animals.  He was such  a great Uncle to our girls and could always be counted on to- tell it like it is!  Whether we wanted to hear it or not.  To know Joey  was to love him and we all loved him so much!  He will be so incredibly missed.

No words can express our sadness over losing Joe. He was a great person! He was funny, sweet, kind and caring. May you find comfort and peace and We are so sorry for your pain. The world lost a great human and heaven gained an amazing angel.

Joey, it's so hard to believe you are gone. You'll always be in the hearts of the ones that loved you. 
I remember taking you and Tammie to Disney World when you both was just 15years old. God bless all your family and friends in their time of sorrow. You will be missed.

I'm so very sorry to hear about Joey.  I remember him fondly from Eau Gallie HS.  We used to hang out alot at school and go up to the 5th Avenue boardwalk.    I am sorry I never got to reconnect with him after HS.  Please accept my condolences and may you find peace and comfort during this difficult time.
