Preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Lee Carter she is survived by her daughter, Joy C. Granata (Frank) of Acworth, GA; son, J. Scott Carter (Julie) of Melbourne, FL; brother, Tilford Ray Richardson of KY; grandchildren, Chris Sauro (Valerie), Jennifer DeLutri (Steve), Josh Carter (Jenny); great grandchildren, Dylan Sauro (Kara), Madison Carter, Carter DeLutri, Mason Carter, Chase Delutri, Callen DeLutri and Ashley Atwood (James).
A Visitation will be held Saturday, December 28, 2019 from 10:00am – 11:00 am with a funeral service to follow at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Joyce Carter to VITAS Hospice – VITAS Inpatient Center of Rockledge, 5425 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL 32955.
