I remember being in high school and visiting your home.  Your Mother made me feel comfortable and welcome.  She was a kind and loving person.  After looking at the pictures, you are just like her, Diane. I am so sorry for your loss.

A Poem for Julia Gianino
How can we possibly capture her flare?
Julia was a mother beyond compare.
For family, she sought what was best, and much more.
Her meals were so scrumptious, they’re now family lore.
Braciole and gravy, and even apple pie-
Such yum for the tum made us groan and sigh.
Mom also danced, lovely angel on clouds.
Her feet light as air, wowing the crowds.
While performing, she shoved such talent and pep; 
We all watched in awe when she twirl-kicked in step.
We admired her spunk and courage, too.
She endured so much, yet was brave through and through.
We were lucky to have her, none can deny.
Her love was as vast as the wide-open sky.

Mom, we’ve been so grateful for you being you.

Julia was a blessing to Palm Cottages.  We will truly miss her and seeing Andy everyday.  She is in heaven now, as she said we all would go. Julia will always be our angel.

I was very sorry to hear about Aunt Julia's passing.  I know she had a difficult time the last few years, and that you did too.  I remember her as a very loving and pleasant person.  Cindy sends her condolences, she remembers Aunt Julia "dancing up a storm" at our wedding.
