Marjorie, 96, born July 12, 1915 in Blossvale, NY, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 26, 2011.
She was an avid gardener with an incredible sense of humor, who loved making others laugh.
She volunteered as a nurse during WWII. After retiring from a job she loved at Harris Corp., she served her community through various charitable organizations.
Marjorie is survived by her loving family, including two daughters, Sheila (James) Houle and Janice (Zack) Kirkland; six grandchildren and their loving spouses; and eight great-grandchildren. She was loved by many.
A celebration of life will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Titusville on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of St. Francis.
Florida Memorial Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
