

Mary Alice White, age 96, of Rockledge, Florida, passed away peacefully at Viera Del Mar Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mary was born in Lanett, Alabama, and moved to Cocoa, Florida, in the 1930s, where she built a life grounded in dedication, family, and community. She was a devoted employee at Kennedy Space Center, where she took pride in her work and served with commitment for many years. Outside of her career, Mary found joy in her home, where she loved cooking and spending time with friends and neighbors.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Jackquelyn Nowell and son-in-law Willie Noel; her grandchildren Traveus Williams and his wife Mallyn Williams, Rolander Weaver III, and Rayshod Weaver; and her nieces Audrey Burse and Valeria Smith. Mary also leaves behind a host of great-grandchildren, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and extended family who brought her much happiness.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Arrie Bell and Charlie Smith, and by her brother and sister-in-law, Charlie and Margaret Smith.
A Graveside Service will be held on June 4th at 11:00 a.m. at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 S. U.S. Highway 1 Rockledge, FL 32955
Mary’s legacy of kindness, resilience, and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
