Phyllis was the beloved wife of the late Newell Francis Russell; dear mother of Stephen Michael (Diana) Russell; loving grandmother of Alexander Harrison Russell; a sibling to Frank Wallentine, the late Howard Wallentine and the late Betty Richardson; an aunt, great aunt, and friend to many.
She was born February 12, 1919 in Wisconsin; lived in Cocoa Beach, Florida 59 years and later moved to St. Louis, Missouri. Phyllis passed on Thursday, December 15, 2016 in St. Louis at the age of 97.
Visitation for her will be held at the Life Center at Florida Memorial in Rockledge, Florida on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 10A.M., with the Funeral afterward at 11A.M. Interment will be at Florida Memorial Gardens, and thereafter an honorary celebration for family and friends at the Life Event Center.
