Robert worked as a teacher for the Brevard County School System. He enjoyed the outdoors and operating the ham radio.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne Gold of Melbourne; grandmother, Edith Gold of NJ; parents: Robert Sr. and Patricia Gold of FL; brother, Jeffrey Gold of FL; 2 sisters: Sandra Willis of FL and Amanda Senn of SC; grandchild: Kyle Bockman; and many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Wuesthoff Hospice House.
The family will hold a private service at a later date.
