Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Herbert E. Marsh and daughter Carol Warner. She is survived by her son Rick and his wife Lisa Marsh, daughter Patricia Whitesell, eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
There will be a visitation on Thursday, August 25 from 10-11am in the chapel at Florida Memorial Funeral Home where a funeral service will begin at 11am. Entombment will be at Florida Memorial Gardens.
