Shirley A. Carpenter

Shirley A Carpenter, age 75, of Melbourne, Florida passed away on Monday March 26, 2018. Shirley was born November 19, 1942 in South Bend, Indiana the daughter of Genevieve Stape Summersgill and Peter Marko.

Shirley was married in Melbourne, Florida to Roger M Carpenter, Sr. on March 26, 1966. She was a member of Palmdale Presbyterian Church.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Roger M Carpenter, Sr. of Melbourne, son Roger M Carpenter and wife Debbie of Melbourne, daughter Stacy Chancey and husband Jim of Melbourne, brothers Brent Summersgill and wife PJ of Winter Springs, Larry Marko of South Bend, Indiana, sisters Rene Piazza and husband Dan of Melbourne, Marjorie Glick of Michigan, granddaughters Brooke Geer and husband Travis of Ruskin, Florida, Kristin and Kerri Carpenter of Melbourne and her great-grandson Nicholas Geer.

A visitation for Shirley will be held Friday, March 30, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida. A celebration of life will occur Friday, March 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida. An entombment will occur at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 S US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida 32955.
