Sue is survived by her husband of 55 years, Harold Carpenter; her son Andrew (Heath) Carpenter; her daughter Kelly C. Moore, her grandchildren Liana and Jacob Carpenter.
Sue was born in Washington, D.C. and promptly moved to Atlanta with her husband in 1968 when they married, and then migrated to Central Florida together around 2001 where they enjoyed exploring outdoor activities, and indoor casinos together. Sue was full of life, kind, thoughtful, a devoted loving wife, a compassionate and loving sister to her younger brothers and sisters, and a wonderful mother to her beloved children. Sue was active in the Catholic church the majority of her life both as a Christian and devoted Catholic where she enjoyed playing music and singing in the choir. She was an inspiration, loved and missed dearly.
A graveside service for Susan will be held Monday, June 19, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 S US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL 32955.
