He was employed as a heating and air technician. Tom was an avid surfer and was a Jets and Yankees fan. He also loved animals, golfing, and fishing.
Tom is survived by his life partner Marianne Van’t Veer; Daughter, Lena Van’t Veer; sister, Renee Powell; sister, Tamara Hollingsworth; niece, Tara Hollingsworth; niece, Bianca Mia Mota.
He is preceded by his parents.
There will be a visitation Saturday, November 26, 2011 from 2pm to 3pm with a funeral to follow at Florida Memorial Funeral Home.
