Tom will be greatly missed by his wife and soul mate of 73 years, Juanita (Sharp) Prince, his son, David Prince, his daughters June Levinson and Tommye Reynolds and her husband Henry Reynolds, his grandsons, Chris and Steven Taylor, Todd and David Haney, his granddaughter, Brandie Simms, his great grandchildren, Mason, Bryson, Caitylin, Brittney, Hailey and Peyton Taylor, Preston David, Savannah Elizabeth, Alley Madison, and Asher Jewell Haney, and his great great grandchildren Kinlee Rene and Rylie Ann Taylor.
Born in Checotah, Oklahoma, the son of Arthur and Mary Prince, he spent most of his early years in Texas. where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Juanita. After graduating from Amarillo High School in 1941, he joined the U.S. Marines where he proudly served his country. After being honorably discharged, he had the opportunity to join the National Cash Register Company where he retired with 55 years as a District Supervisior. It was with this company, that he traveled and built a reputation that would enable him to succeed in his many business ventures. In Miami, FL, he was a 32 degree Mason with the Village Lodge and a Shiner. He would become a million dollar real estate agent and broker. He moved to the Melbourne area to continue real estate and to start his own Paper Goods business, Chattahoochee Rock and Pool Company, and his golf shop, Tee To Green. In 2010, Tom retired once again from real estate and was best known for his love of golf and his 140 yard hole in one. He enjoyed traveling and his family. Tom was baptized on Midway Isle and was a member of Church at Viera.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 12, at Florida Memorial, 5950 U.S. Hwy. 1, Rockledge, FL. Visitation will be held for the family from 12:00-12:30, friends from 12:30-1:30 and services at 1:30. A celebration of life will be held after services starting at 3:30 at the Brennity at Melbourne, 7300 Watersong Ln, Viera, FL .
