She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, James Adams. Loving son James Adams, II, and his wife Courtney. Her loving grandson John Adams and his wife, Patience. Loving sister to Tommy and Suzie and aunt to so many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her loving daughter, Tammy Adams-Harrison. Her brother Gerald and sister Carol. Her parents Nina and Ivey. Trudy was born in Eustis, Fl and moved to Melbourne, Fl in 1962.
Her wisdom, and unwavering love touched all who knew her. Her journey through life was marked by generosity, resilience, and an unshakable devotion to her family.
She was a guiding light, inspiring those around her with quiet strength and a gentle spirit. Her laughter filled every room, her hands brought comfort, and her words offered hope. She taught by example—showing compassion in every deed and offering encouragement in every challenge.
Her family was her greatest joy. She created a home where warmth and acceptance flourished, nurturing her loved ones and always making space for friends and neighbors alike. There was no celebration too small, no trouble too great—she was always present with a listening ear and open arms.
Beyond her family, she gave generously to her community, sharing her time, talents, and heart. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she uplifted and in the memories that will be cherished forever.
We remember her not with sorrow, but with deep appreciation for the love she so freely gave and the lessons she imparted. As we say goodbye, we carry her spirit within us, honoring her life by living with the same kindness, grace, and courage she showed every day. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
