My husband and I met Bill on a game site called It’s Your Turn. His ID was muncie on it. We played against each other for several years and became friends. We are so sorry to hear of his passing. Heaven has gained another wonderful angel. We certainly miss him. 

Bill, was a great guy to be around working or after hours. Bill also taught me a great deal concerning railroad signaling. I had the pleasure of working with Bill for nearly 30 years. Bill had the test job for several years and near to his retirement he bid off the test job to  take the New Castle job allowing me to get the test job and Bill never failed to share his knowledge to help me when ever I needed a helping hand.

Bill, without a doubt will be sadly missed by all and I thank you Bill , for your friendship
