Andrew Jackson Strohmenger

Andrew “Drew” Jackson Strohmenger, 74, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away on December 18, 2023. He was born on February 12, 1949 in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina to the late Andrew Jackson Strohmenger Sr. and Florence Pauline (McClusky).

Drew spent his childhood as a Marine brat, traveling all across the country while his father served in the military. They moved from North Carolina to California and New Jersey, and eventually settled in Florida. Drew spent most of his life along the east coast in Florida. Growing up, he loved to spend time in the ocean surfing and sailing. Drew also loved to play tennis and golf in his spare time.

As he got older, he held several different jobs. He worked as a bartender, operated a pool service, and more recently worked at a golf course. Drew enjoyed motorcycling and spending time on his boat. As he got older, he moved to Arkansas to be closer to his siblings.

He is preceded in death by: his parents, Andrew and Florence Strohmenger; and sister, Sharon Ann Strohmenger.

Drew is survived by: son, Andrew Strohmenger of Fort Pierce, Florida; daughter, Aubrey Merill of Tampa, Florida; brother, Bill Strohmenger of Jensen Beach, Florida; and sister, Andrea Plepla (Gordon) of Rogers, Arkansas.
