Betty Lucille Williamson

She was born September 13, 1924, in Ozark, AR, to parents Dewey and Linnie West.

Betty and Howard spent 64 wonderful years together, on the day she left this world to join our Savior. She was a Christian, and a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Lowell. She was also an avid Razorback fan, and enjoyed watching their basketball games. Throughout her life, she worked as a schoolteacher, a homemaker, and spent many years volunteering at the hospital. No matter what job she was doing, Betty loved to care for others. She loved the Lord and her family with all of her heart.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, and her sister.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband, Howard; two daughters, Linnie Gramling and Shannon Kendrick; a brother, J.D. West; two grandchildren, Eric Gramling and Brittany Kendrick; and two great-grandchildren, Sam and Ava. She also leaves behind a host of other beloved family and friends.

Services will be held 11:00 Saturday, November 26, 2011, at the First Baptist Church in Lowell. Vistitation will be held 9:00 to 11:00 prior to the service, also at the church. Interment will follow at Benton County Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home.
