

Center in Fayetteville. He was born in Jellico, Tenn., on August 11, 1943 to the late
Lawrence and Ruby (Richmond) Osborne. Billy was a veteran of the U.S. Army,
serving four years in the Vietnam War. He retired from Gust Construction Co. in Grand
Rapids, Michigan, and moved to this area in 2006. He was a private and commercial
pilot and loved riding his motorcycle. Survivors include his wife, Eva Osborne, of the home;
sons, Robert Osborne and Jerry Osborne, both of Sydney, Ohio; six siblings; and four
grandchildren. He is also survived by Eva’s family: son, Roger Reynolds of Rogers;
grandson, Joshua Reynolds of Rogers; sister-in-law Janice Brock of Alabam;
brother-in-law James Miller of War Eagle. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
February 7, 2012, at Rollins Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on
Wednesday at Bland Chapel United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. David Mack.
Interment will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Benton County Memorial Park.
