Brian “Bear” Gaylord, age 46, of Bentonville, died March 10, 2011, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. He was born in Aurora, Illinois, on July 8, 1963, to William Gaylord and Wanda (Baker) Gaylord.
In 1993, he married Jennifer Henson, and they were married 18 years at the time of his death. He was a maintenance mechanic with Bekaert Corporation, a lifetime member of the NRA, and enjoyed saltwater fishing and shooting. Bear enjoyed living life.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Gaylord, of the home; his son, Charles Gaylord; father, William Gaylord of Rogers; mother, Wanda Gaylord of Mountain Home; and siblings, Dan Gaylord of Fayetteville, Grant Gaylord of Mountain Home, and Erin O’Malley of Pea Ridge.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2011, in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home.
