Carmey "Rusty" Draper

Rusty was born September 19, 1933 in Daisy, AR to the late Harlis and Floy V. (Strickland) Draper.

Rusty was a veteran of the Army, serving in Korea, and was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 3031 in Rogers.

Rusty was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, four sisters, and one son.

Survivors include his loving wife, Marion of the home; two sons, Marc Keener of Miami, OK, and Mike Keener of Tahlequah, OK; six daughters, Stephanie Michele of Bentonville, Pam Wilson of Gateway, Tiffany Draper of Bentonville, Linnie Keener of Bentonville, Carmileen Mitchell of Conyers, GA, and Gail Mitchell of Cummings, GA; three brothers, Joe Draper, Charles Draper, and Curtis Draper, all of Booneville, AR; two sisters, Betty Ross and Bonnie Gantt, both of Broken Bow, OK; 19 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.

Services for Rusty will be 10am Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers with burial to follow at noon at the National Cemetery in Fayetteville. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Wednesday, August 11 at the funeral home.
